From our pet parents
"My anxious rescue was terrified of other dogs. After three weeks at Happy Tails, he plays with the pack like he's been doing it his whole life. The staff took extra time with him during his first few visits, and it made all the difference."

"We were nervous leaving Luna for a week while we traveled. The webcam access was a lifesaver—we checked in every morning and she was always mid-zoomie. Came home calmer than when we left."

"Baxter used to hide under the bed on bath day. Now he pulls me toward the door when we get there. Whatever the grooming team is doing, it's working."

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours of operation?
We're open Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Closed Sundays. Boarding drop-off and pick-up is available during these hours.
Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes! All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. We require proof of vaccination before the first visit.
Do you accept all dogs?
We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes! Before enrollment, we conduct a temperament assessment to ensure every dog is a good fit for group play. Some dogs may be better suited for individual care.
Can I bring my dog's food and belongings?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your dog's regular food to maintain their diet. You can also bring a favorite toy or blanket—familiar scents help dogs feel at home.
How do I book a visit?
You can book online through our contact page, call us at (916) 555-0147, or stop by during business hours. We recommend booking boarding stays at least a week in advance, especially during holidays.
