Jacobrakai Foundation removes paperwork as a barrier to rights people already have. A court form nobody can find, a record that blocks a job, a public agency that ignores a request: each is a right that exists on paper and fails in practice, and each fails for the same reason. The paperwork is the wall. The Foundation publishes the forms, the plain-language guidance, and the requests, at no cost, with no account, and no advertising, and publishes what it learns running its own internet-facing sensors.
What the Foundation does
Through Forma Pauperis, we provide free New Jersey court-form resources. Our security work publishes investigations and a public blocklist based on attacks observed by decoy servers.
The aim is practical: help people find legal resources and make observed threats easier to understand. Published sources and stated limitations let readers assess the work for themselves.
Sources and limits
The table of authorities records sources, verification status, and review dates. Research explains what was observed and what the evidence can support. Corrections and questions can be sent to [email protected].
Court-form resources are legal information, not legal advice. The Foundation is not a law firm and is not affiliated with the New Jersey Judiciary.

The Foundation is exempt from federal income tax under IRC Section 501(c)(3) and is classified a public charity under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) (determination letter dated September 3, 2026).

Behind the work
Jacob Durham (publishing as jacobrakai) is an Army veteran with almost twenty years of experience in IT, including networks, systems, and security. That background informs the Foundation’s technical work.
