Operations & growth advisory

Fewer bottlenecks. Faster decisions. Numbers you trust.

Greenleaf works with 20–500 person companies to untangle operations, sharpen go-to-market, and put a reporting layer under the whole thing. Six-week engagements, fixed scope, no retainer traps.

  • Fixed-fee engagements

What we do

Four practices, one operating thesis

Most mid-market problems are not strategy problems. They are handoff problems, measurement problems, and decision-rights problems. We fix those in that order.

Operations diagnostic

A structured teardown of how work actually moves through your company, versus how the org chart says it should.

  • Process mapping across every handoff
  • Cycle-time and rework measurement
  • Ranked bottleneck register

6 weeks From $24,000

Go-to-market strategy

Segment, price, and channel work for teams whose revenue growth has stopped tracking headcount growth.

  • Segment and ICP definition
  • Pricing and packaging review
  • Channel economics model

8 weeks From $38,000

Financial modelling

A driver-based model your CFO can defend in a board meeting and your ops lead can actually update.

  • Unit economics by segment
  • Scenario and sensitivity views
  • Board-ready reporting pack

4 weeks From $19,000

Change management

The part everyone skips. New processes only stick when someone owns them and the incentives agree.

  • Decision-rights mapping (RACI)
  • Manager enablement sessions
  • 90-day adoption tracking

12 weeks From $31,000

How an engagement runs

Four phases, no surprises

Every engagement is scoped before it starts, and the fee is fixed at scoping. If the scope changes, we re-scope in writing rather than quietly billing more hours.

  1. Scoping call

Ninety minutes with the people who own the problem. You leave with a written problem statement whether or not you hire us.

  2. Diagnostic

Interviews, systems access, and a look at the numbers you already have. We measure before we recommend.

  3. Recommendation

A ranked set of changes with the effort, cost, and expected effect for each. Presented to the whole leadership team, not just the sponsor.

  4. Implementation support

Optional. We stay through the first ninety days so the new process survives contact with the calendar.

Who you actually work with

The team

No pyramid staffing. The person in the scoping call is the person doing the work.

Common questions

How are engagements priced?

Fixed fee, agreed at the end of scoping. You see the number before any work starts, and it does not move unless the scope does. There are no hourly rates and no monthly retainer.

What size company do you work with?

Roughly twenty to five hundred people. Below that, the constraint is usually founder time rather than process. Above that, you generally need someone embedded rather than a fixed engagement.

Do you subcontract the work?

No. The partner in the scoping call runs the engagement. If we do not have the right specialist in house for your problem, we will say so and point you elsewhere.

What do we get at the end?

Everything: the working models, the interview notes, the process maps, and the slides. Deliverables are yours to keep and reuse without licence conditions.

How quickly can you start?

Scoping calls are usually available within a week. Engagements typically begin two to four weeks after scoping, depending on the practice. Use the contact page to ask about current availability.
