    Ninety minutes with whoever owns the problem. We ask questions and take notes; there is no deck.

  3. Written problem statement

    You get it whether or not you hire us. Several companies have taken it and fixed the thing themselves.

  4. Proposal, or a referral

    A fixed fee and a scope, or the name of someone better suited. We turn down work that is not ours.
